By using the platform, the User fully accepts these Terms of Use.

2. Platform Description

The IAACC platform provides:

• Video lessons and educational materials

• Assessments, exercises, and certificates (if applicable)

• Educational and Professional Support & Consulting Tools

3. Access to the Platform

• Access is reserved for registered students.

• Registration requires accurate and up-to-date information.

• Each User receives a personal and confidential account.

• The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials

4. Terms of Use

The User agrees to:

• Use the platform only for educational and legal purposes

• Not disrupt the proper functioning of the platform

• Not attempt unauthorized access to the system

• Respect other Users and instructors

Any misuse may result in temporary suspension or account deletion.

5. Access for Minors

Access to the IAACC platform is reserved for individuals 18 years of age or older.
Any minor wishing to use the platform must obtain explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for registering and managing the account on behalf of the minor.

By registering, the user represents that they meet the minimum age requirement or have obtained parental/guardian consent.

IAACC reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that does not comply with this requirement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the IAACC platform (courses, videos, texts, logos, educational materials, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws.

! Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of content is strictly prohibited without written permission from IAACC.

7. User Obligations (Student)

The student agrees to:

• Follow the courses responsibly

• Not share content or account access with others

• Respect academic and ethical rules

• Use resources for personal learning only

8. Liability

IAACC strives to ensure the accuracy of its content.
However, IAACC cannot be held responsible for:

• Temporary service interruptions

• Technical issues beyond its control

• Misuse of the platform by the User

9. Personal Data

Collected personal data is used solely for:

• Managing student accounts

• Tracking academic progress

• Improving services

IAACC is committed to protecting privacy and will not share data with third parties without consent, in accordance with applicable law.

10. Suspension or Termination

IAACC reserves the right to:
