Using the platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2. Platform Description
The IAACC platform allows instructors to:

Publish their CV in the CV database

Teach courses individually or in groups to subscribers of the IAACC platform
3. Access to the Platform
Access is reserved for instructors who are registered and validated by IAACC.
Each instructor has a secure personal account.
The instructor is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
4. Instructor Obligations
The instructor agrees to:

Provide original and high-quality content

Comply with copyright and intellectual property laws

Not publish offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content

Respect the confidentiality of student information
-
Use the platform exclusively for educational purposes

Pay the training insurance fee
5. Intellectual Property
Courses and materials created by the instructor remain their intellectual property, but IAACC reserves a non-exclusive license to distribute the content on the platform.
The instructor guarantees that their content does not infringe any third-party rights.
Unauthorized use of the content by third parties is prohibited.
6. Compensation and Payment (if applicable)
IAACC may offer compensation based on the hours/levels of courses taught.
Payment conditions are specified in a specific contract or collaboration agreement.
The instructor is responsible for their own tax obligations related to their income.
7. Liability
IAACC is not responsible for:

Errors in content provided by the instructor

Misuse or fraudulent use of the platform by third parties

Temporary interruptions or technical issues beyond its control
8. Personal Data
Instructors must respect the confidentiality of student data.
IAACC uses instructors’ personal data solely for account management and educational tracking.
Instructors agree not to share this data with third parties without authorization.
9. Suspension or Termination
IAACC may suspend or terminate an instructor’s account in cases of:

Violation of these TOU

Publication of illegal or non-compliant content

Non-compliance with platform rules
10. Changes to the TOU
IAACC may modify these terms at any time.
Instructors will be informed of significant changes and must accept them to continue using the platform.
11. Applicable Law
These TOU are governed by the applicable legislation.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
